Luke 22:6
These men were still afraid of the people and they passed their desire for secrecy along to Judas. Indeed, Judas had all the more reason to be careful. Jesus had already revealed that one of the twelve was a traitor. Judas probably knew that at least Peter had a sword. So he wanted to stay on everyone’s good side if possible.
Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us! To be called a child of God is something I’ll never get over. How can it be? I will not doubt Your Truth, but I will forever confess my awe at Your amazing grace! In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray and praise You, Amen.
