Luke 22:1
Pascha is the Greek form of the ancient Hebrew Pesah. In modern Hebrew it is called Pesach. The translation is Passover. On the Jewish calendar, the actual day of the slaughter of the Passover lamb is 14 Nisan. The feast then begins on 15 Nisan.
