We might say it doesn’t matter when a person seeks to hear from God, as long as they do it. However, timing can make a difference if it takes an extra effort. Often people are unwilling to go to certain lengths in order to make time for the truth. So doing this is a sure sign that a person values what is being taught, and recognizes the importance of God’s Word.
Heavenly Father, thank You for making the inspiration of Your precious Words available for our lives! The significance of the truth for our daily life is something we will spend all of our lives learning. I thank You for the powerful transformation that Your Truth brings to my life. Only by the Spirit, and through the Son, may I be sanctified. And Your Word is what the Spirit uses in my life for this great work. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I pray and praise You, Amen.
